Sustain driver requirements to reduce driver turnover Sustain driver requirement to reduce driver turnover Report shortfall information and requirements in sufficient time to calculate spot rate bids to meet pick up and delivery requirements Conduct orientation for new drivers Provide recommendation to Operations Manager in regards to driver performance, driver evaluation, driver discipline and/or driver termination Dispatching all direct report drivers Maintained across all driver training centers Assess efficiency of each driver Create weekly schedule for drivers Manage local and regional delivery drivers Hire drivers based on regulatory requirements, company policy and driver interviews Identifying and addressing driver inefficiencies Execute weekly safety meetings with the drivers Maintain a personal relationship with drivers Supervise driver and delivery employees and company safety processes Ensure the following of the CBA Manage driver training and may conduct driver training, recommend retraining and discipline Manage drivers with respect and constantly strive to help the company retain good drivers Take incoming communication from perspective drivers Oversee onboarding process for all new driversSalary:
$18 per hour.
